24/7 access to a licensed addictions counselor
Four monthly pre-scheduled appointments
Same-day appointments
Communication at the convenience and need of the client, including: text messaging; phone calls; and tele-video talks
Supervision by a medical doctor if MAT medications are prescribed

The program offers a limited number of new monthly client openings, strong care coordination, and complete focus on the client’s challenge.

Cost = $1500.00 a month

The goal of the program is to utilize the 24/7 service while going through the difficult, early-treatment period of the first three months. Eventually, clients move down to just monthly visits.
