I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) specializing in Substance Use Disorders, EMDR-Trauma, and Medication Assisted Therapy.

My top priority is that my clients feel understood, valued, and hopeful. I received my Masters Degree from Colorado State University in Addictions Counseling and received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Ohio University. I have spent time in a variety of clinical settings such as community mental health, addiction treatment centers; in-patient and out-patient settings, and the criminal justice system.

I'm committed to providing a caring, encouraging and positive experience for my client, focusing on helping them find solutions to their issues. Drug and alcohol addiction can be extremely painful to individuals as well as their families. 

The strength of the therapeutic relationship becomes the opportunity and vehicle for empowerment and healthy change. I am a results-oriented professional utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches based on proven evidence-based practices. I meet my client in the correct stage of their challenge to produce positive results.

• Individual/Couples Therapy: Therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavior Therapy-CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy-DBT, Emotion Focus Therapy-EFT
